Anilao, Batangas, Philippines 1 of 2

Anilao, Batangas   A professional scuba diver friend of mine who has been diving around the Philippines for years  invited me and other few good friends to experience scuba diving and the theme was “Discovery Scuba Dive”.  Location was at Planet Dive, Anilao, Batangas which is believed to be the center of marine biodiversity in the Philippines, if not on the planet.

Our escapade started at Greenbelt in Makati being our assembly area and getting to the resort took us 3 hours.  Upon arrival at Planet Dive, we were greeted with warm hospitality and of course a very inviting resort. It’s almost lunch time when we got there. As we gather in the restaurant, it’s obvious that locals were outnumbered by foreign scuba divers from other parts of the world, as we say we felt like we’re the aliens in the resort. In a little while, sumptuous lunch buffet was catered. The resort served different lines of dishes but mostly sea foods.

By the way, if you are into white sand beaches then this is not the right place for you. Everything you see here are stones and pebbles but underneath those rough waters is an amazing underwater world. I was very excited to see different species of fishes, corals, as well as other underwater creatures. As beginners, we underwent few discussions as well as demonstrations of the equipment. The whole afternoon was spent in the waters snorkeling, and scuba diving of only up to 25ft deep but as  promised we still saw lots of things.

Although we had tired legs and lungs at the end of the day, the entire activity was a success. There’s so much fun, the team was very cheerful and lively, such a beautiful experience. Incomparable. Priceless.

Olango Island, Cebu, Philippines

“Every weekend is the time to take away the stress of the entire week.”

One of the loveliest weekend I had was in an island where serenity resides, an island called Olango. It is known for its wildlife sanctuary for migratory birds in search of safe refuge and is rich in marine life.  Who wouldn’t love to see different species of birds coming from other parts of the world?

But all I wanted that day was to relax. Talima Beach Villas and Dive Resort is the right place for total relaxation. The resort is exclusive, so there is privacy, and it’s more likely of a paradise, all you hear are chirping of birds, lovely sound of trees, and the crashing of waves. And the food? Undeniably flavorful!

The best that I like this place is its serene atmosphere and its stunning view.

I am amused and deceived many times especially by magicians, or anyone that play tricks. I love how most of us are deceived by these people, and sometimes we tend to believe them. Interesting.

Marco Tempest performed on Ted and showed the world his favorite subject deception through the use of technology, amazingly believable and the message is profound. Have a look  how  truth & lies, and art & emotions complements with his performance. Don’t be deceived.

“Your mind is just playing on you, don’t be deceived. Anyway, deception is the fundamental part of life and we deceive others to gain advantage and to hide our weaknesses.”

“Art is the greatest deception of all. Art is a deception that creates real emotion. A lie that creates the truth and when you give yourself over that deception it becomes magic.”

“Magic is the only honest profession, a magician promises to deceive you and he does.” I believe so.

Words Are Extremely Powerful

Words are power that human being possesses that maybe used to influence others either for good or for evil. Each one of us has the control over the use of words we utter and thus it is important to deliver such words with care as it can have a profound effect to most people.

Words Are Extremely Powerful
Why not just use words of encouragement instead of those that can harm others? It is more than important to say what is good for it will shape the life of others.
Whether within our own thoughts, spoken or written, words have the power to transform the world we live in. Love, laughter, heroism, friendship, and virtually every emotion we feel as human beings can be inspired by words. Unfortunately, fear, anger, and hatred, can also be invoked by words.” -Carisa Rasmussen
“I wrote the same but different words.”
“Never miss an opportunity to make others happy, even if you have to leave them alone in order to do it.”
